Job Summary

The Enrollment Navigator serves as a key point of contact from recruitment to graduation
and/or transfer for guest, transfer, veteran, and adult-learner students. This position is responsible for providing prospective student
information sessions, advising students and their families related to the admission and transfer process, creating and coordinating
recruitment events, representing the Admissions Department at recruiting events and activities (either in-person or virtually) and
developing, managing, and evaluating enrollment marketing publications and communications.

The Navigator will collaborate with groups across campus on diversity and inclusion initiatives
around recruitment, outreach, enrollment management, and retention. This position will assist with programming for students of color,
first-generation, lower socio-economic status, and adult learners. This position requires enrollment project management and oversight,
telemarketing, interacting with prospective students and working with parents, guidance counselors, community organizations, vendors,
account managers for external partners, and ACC employees. For broader college support, this position will manage a college-wide recruitment
event calendar.

This position is ideally suited
toward an energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented professional. Work is generally performed at the Littleton campus. Must be able to
travel to local community and industry events, as well as ACC campuses in Castle Rock and Lone Tree, and participate in events during
evenings and weekends. This position will primarily work in-person, Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 6:30pm and periodic weekends or later shifts.
After training and when available, this position may have the ability to work remotely 1 – 2 days a week.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate degree and two (2) years’ relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree from an accredited
    institution.
  • Relevant experience working in a
    higher education or closely related environment.
  • Experience and comfortability with presenting in front of a variety of group settings.
  • Proficient with current technological tools, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and
    planning skills.
  • Ability to participate in
    off-campus location events during early mornings, late evenings and on weekends. Ability to travel to off-campus recruiting
    events.

Preferred
Qualifications

  • Bilingual – Spanish
    preferred.
  • Experience working with information
    systems or databases such as Banner, Navigate, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, etc.
  • Experience working in career or academic advising, high-volume customer service or sales, postsecondary
    recruitment, and/or in a community college setting.
  • Experience developing retention efforts targeting students who are on academic probation, suspension, or a similar
    standing.

Physical & Cognitive
Demands

The following are some of the
physical and cognitive demands commonly associated with this position.

  • Occasionally moves, positions, and transports files and office materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • This is largely a sedentary role. This position operates in an
    office environment and constantly uses a computer, and routinely uses standard office equipment including phones, copiers, etc.
  • The person in this position constantly communicates with
    internal and external constituents and students. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Cognitive demands include comparing, copying, computing, compiling,
    analyzing, coordinating, synthesizing, negotiating, communicating, instructing, and interpersonal skills.

Advertised Salary Range 

Salary range for this position is $47,321 to $53,000, commensurate with
education and experience. AP 3-45 provides information regarding salary placement and adjustments. This is a full-time, FLSA-exempt position. This
position has been exempted from the State Classified System.
