Gettysburg College, in historic Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, is accepting applications for a part-time (20 hours/week) Graduate Admissions
& Financial Aid Coordinator. Reporting to the Dean of Admissions and Director of Financial Aid, this is a shared position between the
Admissions and Financial Aid offices. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating the graduate application
completion process in Slate (CRM) for the Gettysburg-Gilder Lehrman Institute MA in American History program - Providing excellent
customer service to applicants via the phone and email - Speaking about the graduate admissions process at virtual information
sessions - Working with the functional/technical coordinator on application business process improvements in Slate
- Coordinating the financial aid loan request process
A bachelor’s degree and a valid driver’s license are required.
Experience working in higher education preferred. The successful candidate should possess excellent demonstrated abilities in the following
areas: verbal and written communication; speaking confidently in front of groups; effectively organizing activities and projects on time;
working collaboratively and well with a diverse group of people in a dynamic environment; evaluating application credentials accurately and
thoughtfully, and analyzing data effectively for program improvement. Gettysburg College seeks candidates who have the communication skills
