ICC judges issue arrest warrant for Putin over Ukraine

ICC President Piotr Hofmanski says in a video statement that ICC judges have issued an arrest warrant against Russian President Vladimir Putin after determining that there are “credible allegations” against him for the “unlawful deportation” of Ukrainian children.
